How not to lose track of whether the client paid: logged, invoiced, paid

The hours are logged, an invoice was sent somewhere, money seemed to arrive, but how much the client still owes is unclear. Every hour needs its own status.

Step 1. Logged

The hour is entered in the project's journal: with the timer, by text or by voice.

Step 2. Invoiced

The first tap in the project's journal invoices everything not yet invoiced.

Step 3. Paid

The second tap marks it paid. If you tapped by accident, you can undo it: exactly what was changed comes back.

Common questions

Why does one hour have two marks?

«The client paid» is one mark and «the partner was paid out» is another. They're different things, so they're counted separately.

Can I mark many hours at once?

Yes, one tap in the project's journal marks everything not yet invoiced or paid.
