This Privacy Policy explains how GetGrown (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use getgrown.co.

2. What data we collect

Anonymous usage data
When you use the calculator and consent to sharing, we store the following anonymously: hourly rate, working hours per month and year, margin. This data contains no personal information and cannot be traced back to you.

Account data (when you sign in)
When you sign in with Google, we receive from Google: your name, email address, and profile picture. This data is stored in our system solely to identify your account.

Local storage
We store an anonymous counter for free comparisons in your browser's localStorage. No personal data is stored locally.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Anonymous calculation data — based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — used to create aggregate market statistics visible to other users.
• Account data — for performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to provide your personal results history.

4. Third-party services

• Supabase Inc. — database hosting, servers in EU. Data processing agreement per Art. 28 GDPR.
• Google LLC — sign-in via Google OAuth. Google's privacy policy applies.
• Vercel Inc. — hosting and CDN. Vercel's privacy policy applies.

We do not sell data to third parties and do not share personal data without your consent.

5. Data retention

Anonymous calculation data is stored indefinitely for statistical purposes. Account data is stored until you delete your account. You may request deletion at any time by email.

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. We only use technically necessary browser storage (localStorage) which contains no personal data.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
