How to let a partner log hours without showing your money
You need someone to log time on your project, but they have no reason to see your rate and amounts. That's what the «Hours only» mode is for.
Step 1. Invite with a link
Invite the person to the team with a link and they land in «Hours only» mode.
Step 2. What they see
They log their own time and see the others' work and the project's total hours counter.
Step 3. What they don't see
Neither your rate nor the project's amounts: those fields simply never reach them. They can neither edit nor delete other people's entries, only their own.
