How to count unpaid hours and see how much you really put in
Pitches, test tasks and unpaid projects eat weeks, but progress doesn't show them: it counts only paid work.
Step 1. Switch to hours
In the «Year and rate» plaque press the «H» button.
Step 2. Look at the lighter layer
Hours of unpaid projects and anything marked «not billed» show as a separate lighter layer right after the paid ones.
Step 3. Your goal and rate don't change
These hours don't affect the goal or the rate: it's an honest picture of how much you put in altogether. They're still not in the money.

Why don't unpaid hours move progress in money?
Because money in the progress is only what's paid for. Unpaid hours show alongside so you can see the cost of that time.
